[01:45] With Video Games Live somewhat ... dead.... the Washington DC meetup kinda also died. But not anymore! The lovely pixietricks and the determined Eulogic are set on having a meetup anyways... check out the details in General Discussion or Unmod if you wanna attend!
[02:45] The fine gentlemen over at Penny Arcade, a comic strip/site/community concerning the video game culture, also run a charity called Child's Play, a place for gamers and geeks to show their sensitive side and give sick children a chance for some enjoyment by donating games, toys and money. All the donations (whatever the form may be) are donated directly to the partnering hospitals. You can choose a hospital near you to donate too, as well. This is a fine chance to build up some good karma before Christmas :)
