[12:24] ReMix Review: From Guardian Legend 'Ace of Space' by Beatdrop... Pardon us, as we seem to be having some identity issues this week. Let's get to the mix: what a cheerful submission from old-timer Beatdrop! Digressing somewhat from his usual edgy style, this mix brings in some more popular influences...in an Ace of Base kinda way. ^_~ Cheesy percussion, delicious bass, orchestral hits, vocoded voices, and a whiny, trumpet-like lead synth, it's a trip down memory lane! Unless you, y'know, didn't grow up in the 90's. But then you just suck. Woo hoo!
[15:11] So speaking of Beatdrop, he's back to bootcamp as of about week ago, and with no intarnet! Oh noes! In the holiday spirit of kindness and giving, fellow remixer Flik proposes that we send him a letter once a week with updates on what's going on in the community. What a grand idea!
